As an artist, I’m drawn to the elusive beauty of the desert landscape and its stark contrast of light and shadow, the vastness, the negative space, the inspiration borne on the wind, and the textures and patterns of the landscape and the dramatic and intricate forms of desert plants.

My hope is that my art will convey some of the appreciation and awe I feel in the wilderness. Through my work, I invite the viewer to join me in this space of beauty and mystery, and transport ourselves to a place of wonder.
